If you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number and message. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Who processes it

Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our email by Web3Forms. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and our email is provided by Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows, in line with our business record-keeping.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sales@kimsystems.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
